I am suffering from depression and psychosis diseases and taking medicines since last 4.5 year daily. My problem is that I am suffering from laziness, fatigue every time and weight gain and also belly fat. So, are these all my problem a side effect of medicines? Commonly medicines which I am taking is CITICOLINE and PIRACETAM tablet.

I have fresh foods as far as possible. Don't eat old foods. Do exercises it will help you a lot to get relief from depression. Try to have veg food more than non veg foods.
